These Terms of Service govern your use of DNSYS.org and the services made available through the DNSYS.org portal, including subdomain, DNS and short-URL services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts may require email activation before use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use DNSYS.org to facilitate unlawful activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, copyright infringement, attacks on third-party systems, or other activity that could harm users, networks or the service.

3. DNS, subdomain and redirect services

You are responsible for the DNS records, destinations and content associated with resources you create. DNSYS.org may remove or disable records, subdomains or redirects that are abusive, technically harmful, unlawful, or in conflict with these terms.

4. Short URLs

Short URLs must not conceal malicious, deceptive or unlawful destinations. DNSYS.org may disable short links that present a security, abuse or legal risk.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an availability basis without a guaranteed uptime or service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, network failures, software defects or external events may temporarily interrupt service.

6. Suspension and termination

DNSYS.org may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, other users or third parties, or where these terms are materially violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DNSYS.org is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or operational practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
